You can choose between pick up at our physical store, pick up at street level and at home. Shipping costs will vary depending on the type of shipment.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, we will inform you by email. If you have selected store pickup, we will send you another email to inform you that your order has arrived at our store. You have a maximum period of 30 days to pick up your order.
If you place the order by phone and pay by bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we receive confirmation of payment.

The delivery time is indicated in the file of each product, since each item has a different delivery time. The delivery times shown are indicative, since these terms may vary depending on the time of year, which is why Manuel Lucas Muebles is not responsible for any delays that the factories may cause, as could occur in the summer season due to the break in production In any case, we will inform the client as far as possible, when something of this type happens, before proceeding to confirm the order.
The transport companies are unrelated to the company, we hire them to provide a service for this fact we are not responsible if there are delays or complications in the delivery.
Keep in mind that in some cases your purchase may include several delivery dates, in these cases if you wish to receive your order in several deliveries, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will study the best way to make said deliveries, so that find it as cheap and fast as possible.

PICKED UP AT THE STORE:If you have selected store pickup, we will inform you by email as soon as your order arrives at our store. You have a maximum period of 30 days to pick up your purchase. In this case, you will need to present your ID.
I have not got my order yet...
If your purchase has not yet arrived and the estimated delivery time has passed, check your email as it is likely that you have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouses.
Keep in mind that during promotions, Christmas or summer, delivery times may be longer.
Items received are wrong or have a defect
If you have received an item other than the one you purchased, we will refund those items and shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our warehouses and verify the status of the products.
In the case of a product with a defect, you have a period of 24 hours from the receipt of the merchandise, to notify us of said incident. To do this, send us an email to email@example.com with photographs where we can see the defect so that we can process it with the corresponding signature.
After 24 hours we are not responsible.

I have not received all the items of my purchase
Check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items included in your order is no longer available. In this case, we will refund the amount corresponding to said item and the shipping costs of your order in the same payment method used in the purchase.
If you have not received any email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you an answer as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
1 - Modification of the order
If you want to add a product to an order already placed, you must place a new order with those products. Once the order is placed, we will contact you if there is the possibility of grouping the different orders.
If you need to change the details of the delivery address or modify a delivery time, contact our team at 965 428 381 or by sending an email to email@example.com.
2 - Products made to measure
All products that are "custom made" are clearly identified as such on our website.
The products are clearly indicated that they are "made to measure", these products have 7 calendar days to cancel the order, after that time they are excluded from our cancellation policy, so the order cannot be modified once it has been placed, and therefore , you should only place your order if you are sure that the model, finish, and size are suitable for your needs.
"Custom-made" products that arrive damaged or defective upon receipt, may be returned according to our return policy as if it were a standard product established in point 6.
3 – Cancel standard products
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days after placing the order without giving any reason.
After 7 days, we recommend that you send us an email as quickly as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number, so that we can study your case:
If the order has not been processed by the factory, it can be canceled at no cost.
If the factory has already started preparing the order, we can only refund 50% of the order.
The cancellation period expires at the time we receive the merchandise in our warehouse.
Once the product is received at home, if you do not want it, you must follow the steps indicated in point 5 to return it.
4 – Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order, you will be refunded 100% of the money received by you including the cost of delivery.
We will make the refund as soon as possible.
5 – Returns of products that are not damaged or defective
The client has 15 days to inform us that he wishes to return a product if he is not satisfied. To do this, contact email@example.com and indicate the reasons for your return.
The total or partial return of the order will have a cost of 10% of the total invoice for management. In the same way, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The product sheet indicates the size, material and colors to give the customer an approximation of reality but it is not 100% reliable, so the return for this reason will be borne by the customer.
In all cases, the products must be returned unused and in their original packaging and without any damage. Please make sure you pack it in the same way it was delivered. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask us.
If the returned merchandise is damaged during transport due to careless packaging by you, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for the loss of value of the product, this amount could be up to the total value of the product.

6 – Returns of damaged / defective products or products that have been supplied incorrectly
Upon receipt of your order, you have a period of 24 hours to notify us of the poor condition of one of your products. To do this, you must send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs where we can see the defect and thus be able to proceed to file the incident with the factory.
If you are going to return a product because it has arrived in poor condition or it has been delivered to you in the wrong way by us, the transport shipping costs will not be charged any extra amount.
After 24 hours of receipt of the order, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
To make the return in correct condition, you must abide by points 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6
7 – Cancellation or modification of order or prices by us
We reserve the right to cancel, modify or postpone the contract of sale if:
We do not have enough stock to complete your order.
We do not make deliveries in your population.
The manufacturer has discontinued the product.
If situations occur that are beyond our control such as fire, floods, storms, landslides, riots, hostilities, strikes that prevent entry to the facilities, unavailability of materials and any other factor beyond the control of Manuel Lucas Muebles and we do not responsible for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.
We reserve the right to modify the price of the product:
Due to an increase in distributor price lists.
The client will always be notified of this circumstance by email or by phone. In the case of price changes, if the customer does not agree with the change, the order will be canceled without any cost or penalty on our part.
