Dawn Sweitzer es una artista autodidacta con un estilo muy sofisticado, siempre buscando el balance entre técnicas tradicionales e ideas globales. Es fundadora, desde hace más de 15 años, de Notre Monde, una firma de muebles que se basan en composiciones abstractas, complejas y patrones modernos. Toda esta inspiración es gracias a sus viajes por Europa y sus momentos vividos entre Rusia y Europa Occidental. Durante todos estos años, Sweitzer conoció y aprendió todo sobre la cultura europea para, más tarde, reflejarla en sus diseños. En 2020, se unió a la firma Ethnicraft para seguir creando juntos accesorios sofisticados y muebles atemporales, propios de las dos marcas
